Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. In any case, you have the right to withdraw, which is described in detail below.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. Your return will be accepted if all of the following apply :

1. The purchase must have been made exclusively from our online store (electronically or by phone).
2. The product(s) are in their original condition and the special markings (eg tabs, labels) have not been removed.
3. The return package must include the return form and the corresponding retail receipt. Without the sales document - retail receipt it is impossible to change any product or refund.

Return and Replacement

Our company will do its best to replace the product you returned to us. The first return of the product is free, if it is done through the transport company we work with and if it concerns purchases over 60 €. In case of a second return you will be charged with the amount of shipping (return and resend).
